Incident Response Group (IRG) was founded by Ian Nicholson, a former Royal Navy engineer and firefighter who has spent the last 10 years leading incident response and threat intelligence services for UK enterprises, government bodies, and SMEs.

IRG was built around one clear principle. Cyber defence must be available to everyone.

Our experience is hands-on. We’ve led crisis management calls at 2 a.m., contained live threats under pressure, and built the frameworks that keep clients resilient afterwards.
